We have a higher personnel-to-pet ratio than any other kennel in the area, including an over-night supervisor. Our staff is loving and attentive, as well as professional. We have a Certified Behavioral Specialist and Trainer, an on-staff Vet-Tech Assistant, two Certified Massage Therapists, and two In-house Groomers. 

Our boarding care includes 2 exercise periods per day. We can also provide individual walks                   and cuddle room time for your pet where provide one-on-one  attention and affection.

Fine Dining and Room Service

As recommended by our veterinary advisors, we feed Iam's Lamb and Rice - as it is easily digested and contains no hormones or antibiotics. To that, we add some Pedigree wet and filtered water to make a delicious "stew". Instead of a mint on the pillow, we give our guests Milk Bone dog treats, as requested. We are proud to note that none of these foods was ever part of any product recall.  

You may choose to provide your own food (particularly if you have a new puppy) at no additional charge, as long as each meal is pre- portioned in an individual zip-lock baggie and clearly labeled with your pet’s first and last name on it. Please bring enough to last several days beyond the length of your stay, in case you decide to extend your trip or are delayed due to circumstances beyond your control. 

We do have dry cat food available at no extra cost. Due to the specific taste preferences of finicky felines, we recommend bringing your own canned food or individually porttioned dry food for these pets.  

Extraordinary preparations: such as mulitple supplements, medications and/or additional or separate feedings are subject to a fee of $2.50 each. In the event your supply of food or medication runs short and needs replenished, a pickup fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the supplies.

Please Note: Pet Care Services/The American Boarding Kennel Association advises you limit the amount of food you feed your pet on the day of admission due to the natural excitement your pet may experience upon arrival at Pet Suites. Likewise, food and water should be limited for at least two hours after you pet arrives home to allow your pet sufficient time to settle down before feeding.

Due to popular demand and limited availability of our pet boarding suites, pet sitters, and trainer - as well as our our higher average of personel-to-pet ratio (and resulting payroll) - a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space and/or reserve your dates. If you must cancel for any reason, you can apply your deposit to future boarding, grooming, training, or other services - or use it in our retail boutique - for up to ONE YEAR.
